Orders
All on-line orders placed are in pounds sterling (GBP/£) and will include VAT at the current rate.
Warranty / Guarantee
All items sold by Tank Outlet Ltd are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from date of initial transaction.
On certain products a longer guarantee may apply, these are provided at the product manufacturers discretion and not Tank Outlet Ltd.
Returns
Tank Outlet customers have the right to cancel or return any order they have placed up to and including 7 days from the day of goods received. All goods returned are subject to a restocking and handling charge of 25%. All products must be unused and and be in the original condition received for resale.
All returns and cancellations must be advised in writing and a returns note number will be issued.
For tanks and outsize items, this charge is inclusive of transport charges, but it is the customer’s responsibility to make all necessary arrangements to have any returned products loaded on to a vehicle e.g. if a customer orders a 10000BND and decides they don’t want it, they will incur the costs of hiring a crane to get it on to the collection vehicle and not us. For smaller items that can be returned by courier or mail, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange their return.
DELIVERY
All deliveries are also subject to the following Terms & Conditions of Trade:
- Any delivery date agreed by us is an estimate only and is not of the essence of the Contract and we accept no responsibility for delay howsoever caused. However we will endeavour to contact you in advance of any delay.
- If the performance of any of our obligations shall be prevented, hindered or interfered with by any cause or reason beyond our control then we shall have the option to suspend or cancel any obligation on our part then unperformed.
- We agree to use all reasonable endeavours to deliver the Goods to such places as may be agreed between us and the Purchaser. The Purchaser shall off-load the Goods promptly on their arrival at site and shall provide and bear the costs of clear access to and at the point of delivery together with the means off-loading.
- We are entitled to make delivery by instalments for multiple tank orders.
